1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing Hydro Clips (application and website), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

2. License & Permitted Use

Hydro Clips grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for capturing video, recording audio, and creating gaming or educational content. You are permitted to share, publish, and monetize videos and clips created using Hydro Clips, provided you have the rights to the underlying recorded game or content.

3. Anti-Cheat Integrity & Game Policies

Hydro Clips utilizes standard Windows Graphics Capture and desktop duplication APIs. It does not inject intrusive hooks or modify game binaries. However, users are solely responsible for verifying and complying with the anti-cheat and competitive rules of third-party games and tournaments.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Acts

You agree not to:

Use the application to capture unauthorized copyrighted media or non-consensual private communications.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the proprietary application binaries with malicious intent.
Distribute modified copies containing malware or unauthorized modifications.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hydro Clips is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hydro Clips disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Hydro Clips or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of recordings, corrupted files, or gameplay interruptions.
